Hi probably an easy one here but I am trying to get caller id working on a buddies phone switch. I am not on site but believe it is a CPU 410. I have the co card on coid but none of the program blocks are there. When i do like 1-1-78 or 4-17 it just goes back to where i was like it doesnt exist. I am using an Elite programming manual but from what i remember they where pretty similar. He claims that he is getting the proper stuff from his carrier. Thanks

1-1-78 only applied to IPK software 1.15 and lower.

You need to do 1-8-08, and the phone has to be programmed to ring (4-01 or 4-42).
