Hi,
I have a DT 300 series digital phone and we are using SV8100 system. yesterday an office mate of mine is cleaning his phone and absent minded just keeps on pressing button while cleaning his phone. now, his speaker is not working even if you press the speaker button. if he lift his handset, you can call anybody but after the call, when he hang up his handset the line is not cut. you need to press speaker button just to cut the line.

From the users guide:
menu then 3 should get you to "tools" menu and headset option is there.
I'm not at the office to check now, but try that.
