I have a couple of DTL-8R phones that are not linking to my 8100. When I put on my 2000 they work just fine..I am using RLS 4.0 on my system . Has anyone had this issue?

I think more info is needed.
What I mean is that the system does not see them. They display "Disconnect" on the handset. When I put a DTL phone on the port it works just fine.
Went over the manuals and asked tech support but they said it should work just fine. any ideas?

Are the DTL phones off site of the 8100?
