Hi All,

I'm working with an IPK (verion 4000, I think) equipped with CO lines.

Currently all COs DIT to a CAR key that appears on all phones (SIE). The CAR key is set for immediate ring on the receptionist's phone, then delay ring on six other extensions, and then CFNA to voice mail (auto attendant). I have MB 1-1-77 set to 10 secs, and MB 1-2-22 set to 20 secs.

Here's the problem: when delayed ringing takes effect, the receptionist phone and the delay ring phones start to get a "stutter" ring (best way I can describe it). And unless you pick up when it's actually audibly ringing it won't pick up the call. You can press the CAR and grab it though. And, voice mail doesn't pick up for over a minute, or sometimes not at all.

Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance for any help.
