Just want to know if the V4.01 firmware allows the UM8000 voice mail to have soft key operation?

UM8000 always had soft key operation.

I thought that would be the case. I have a um8000 that no softkey operation works. I am leaning towards the cf card since the default greetings did not playback and had to be recorded although it had time against recordings.
Has anyone had similar experience and what did you do to resolve.

Check the subscribers access options and make sure the hands free message retrieval is not checked.
When checked you will not have soft key functions.
