So know every thing work but when you goto check your voice mails you dail 200 it dont ask for your password. I hope I expland it will for you all. Brad

This depends on how you moved the extension and how your VM is connected if you deleted then reassigned it you will have broken the hunt group and will need to fix it in cmd 17 or 18 depending on how it was originally set up!
If your system is using inband signaling you need to check cmd 1310.
As a temporary fix if it still doesn't work and you are sure the hunt group is good set cmd E50 for 200 to 0 which will busy it out and the other extensions in the group should still work ok!

The IPS doesn't like having hunt groups disturbed.
NTAC used to advise completely deleting the hunt group (not the members, just all mention of those members in CM16, CM17, and CM18) and rebuilding the hunt group from scratch if there needed to be a significant change in a hunt group.
Moving a member of a hunt group (like R4+Z said, it depends on how you moved the extension -- "set Relocation" is a very bad way) typically creates a "hole" in the hunt group: Callers hear ringback, and then nothing as the call falls into bit heaven and never returns...

All Ext are in CM17, and CM18 the voice mail is connected to the pbx to the APOO card if that helps. Brad

Prove the other ports connected to the VM work by forwarding a phone to each individually. That will narrow the problem down!

Or call each port and see if it integrates.
Then put a dTerm on the VM port and call it... see what it says in the display.

For the pilot, what do you have in 171>200> ?
Should be 171>200>1. Also, make sure that the pilot is busied out.
If that's not it:
Take your command manual or Feature programming manual and go through ACD step by step.
If all of the programming is correct, CCC out all of the CM 17Y data, then EC6>0>0, wait for backup to finish, reboot, and start the ACD programming over from scratch, following the Feature Programming manual precisely.
