I have a customer with an sv8100 that has 4 copper trunk lines. 2 lines are for company A and 2 for company B. In night mode i have lines 1&2 dil to 200 (vm pilot company A message) and lines 2 & 3 dil to 201 ( master mailbox company b message)this works great. In day mode i have all 4 lines ring to the reception desk by ring group 1. I would like to delay ring the 2 sets of lines to their proper message after 5 rings. I'm pretty sure i can ring no answer dil lines 1 & 2 to the right message but how do i get 3 & 4 to do it. any help would be appreciated.

Have lines 1+2 DIL to one virtual, Lines 3+4 to a different one that rings on your answering position.
Have the virtuials RNA to VM.
I am doing this at a couple of different places, works fairly well.
Each routing box has it's own dial action table with different menu options... it's pretty decent.

That's good, I'm gonna use that method for the day mode. If I put the system in nights can I still have the lines go directly to the messages?
The reason I'm asking is, in night mode I already have lines 3&4 going to a virtual 201 which is forward all to VM and plays the Master Mailbox message. Do I need to make a separate virtual for the day so it can Fwd-na and if so, can it play the same message?
Thanks

In your "night" modes put the virtuals in different timer class and shorten the Call Fwd timer to 1 or 2 seconds.
