I'm trying to modify trunk gains (Tx and Rx) and MOH gain on a 924 system to compensate for different levels on signals around the system. I'm using 14-01-02/03 for Trunks and 10-04-03 for MOH. Does not work so far. Am I missing something? soft v4.04

14.01.02/03 look rite for trunk to system speech. How many DB are you increasing the trunk levels by?? If analog then 5db is the minimum I would try. You should hear some difference. If not add another 3db.

I've tried everything I now of: 0 to 15.5 dB: ie 32 to 63 Im not able to hear any difference  . Tried soft change and also hot-reset (turn pabx off then back on). Do you know if the parameters can be change on the fly or do I have to cycle PABX?

Should change on the fly but a reboot of the Topaz wouldn't be a miss. From memory there are some level setting for station ports in 10.03 HBIU or something like that.. Not near a Topaz PCPro at present to check on this..
