The short answer is that an NEC certified Technician with a tech Id number will need to call NEC.

It will cost about $150 plus the cost of the tech visit to obtain the file that NEC needs.

If no one here sends you a PM, you can find dealers on the NECcare.com website.

Oh. You can do that as System Admin.

I thought you were trying to reset the system admin mailbox.

Log in as the system administrator. Your system may use:

Menus (press 4 for x, Press 5 for y)
Softkeys (the keys below to the display change with each selection), or
Yes-No questions.

Menus:
Select the "System Administration" option (0?),
Select the "Change a mailbox" option (4?),
type the number of the mailbox.
Select "delete the passcode" (if you want the messages already in the mailbox) or "reset the mailbox to new" if you want to set the mailbox up for a new user and don't care about the existing messages.

Softkeys:
ADMIN
CH BX
(enter mailbox number)
RESET or PSWD

Yes-No:
LEAVE ANY MSGS? NO (2)
ACCESS SETUP OPTIONS? NO (2)
ACCESS SYSTEM MANAGER OPTIONS? YES (1)
CHANGE A MAILBOX? YES (1)
(enter the mailbox number to change)
DELETE THE PASSCODE? YES (1) or

DELETE THE PASSCODE? NO (2)
DELETE THE MAILBOX? NO (2)
RESET THE MAILBOX TO NEW? YES (1)
CHANGES COMPLETE...
