IPK with pri installed. System has been in for number of years and has always had a pri. No problems with previous carrier. A few months ago the property switched carriers to a local coop that is delivering their circuit via a softswitch. Since the cutover periodically pri locks up and no incoming or outgoing calls until system reset. After reset pri comes back up and works ok. While troubleshooting with telco when pri is down circuit has no alarms and looks ok to them. Telco also says pri config is exactly the same as previous circuit. Has anyone had any problems with the IPK and a pri on a softswitch? I have had some problems with Vodavi system before but have not heard of anything with NEC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with timing between the carrier and your PRI - especially since the reboot fixes the problem......
