Hello everyone! Does anyone know if the VMP can change the order of messages played? The system is now First In First Out. The customer says they would like the opposite to happen - Last In First Out.

Check the ACCESS OPTIONS in each mailbox.
If I remember there is an option that says something like "play messages in traditional order"
