We have the NEC Electra pro 120 level II system and when an incoming call is answered by the auto attendant system we can hit extension numbers and get to the extension. we want to program the system so that if a 3 is pressed after the auto attendent message then it will go to the main phone (100). right know if we press 3 after the message we just get a busy signal

You'll Need to get an NEC Tech to make those changes for you. That type of change can't be changed by the end user.

The Program changes would have to done with co-sessions software and a laptop plugged into the Voice Mail card. You have to change the one digit dial options in the Main Greeting Box. Its not done through System Programming.
