Hello to everyone!
I have never seen this happen on the IPK. Programming FA keys - Could this be a software issue?
When I program a key it works just fine for DSS. When either trying to clear the button or change the station the old data still appears when you check the key (Feature and the Button)It seems to show the DSS properly (When they go off hook) The button will show all of the last stations programmed to that FA key. I have cleared out the key to another feature but still the old data shows up if I use the same FA No..
Feature/Redial/Button and if the button had data it jumps to the end of the old data. It passes up the area to press "1" and goes to the end.

Software is 4.20

Clear as mud ayyy?

Thank you very much!!

Thats a new one, sounds like a bad port. I would try unprogramming the Port completely and reprogram it to see if it is still there. Or if it comes back if the data is gone. I have never seen anything like that. Or Backup the database and re-initialize the Cpu. And then reload the Database.

I can do that! Thank you. And I will let you know.

Thanks

Ron
