When a call comes in it will ring 1 ext for the disignated time then a recording "your call can not go through" before transferring to this mailboxes greeting The line is a private line ringing on only 1 phone with its own unique call routing box

If it's ringing on (1) phone it's not a call routing mailbox. For a "private line" ring in should be that extension and overfow set to yes for 700. As far as the recording "your call cannot go through" it got to be coming from the outside (telco).

To correct this we direct terminated line to a specific extention then on the overflow we send it to 700 works great now
