Hello,
for those who know the SV8100:
Does any version of the SV8100 provide the multiple call forwarding feature?

Hi
Sv8100 does not support multiple call forwarding or chain call forwarding instead you can try department group hunting.

well, multiple call forwarding means if I set 5 extentions, say A,B,C,D and E to multiple callforwarding, and I called ext A, then:
If "A" is busy or don't answer the call will be forwarded to exe "B", again If B does NOT answer or it is busy , the call will be forwarded to "C" and the process continues till "E" is called ....and so on

You want to use department group for this and set it for priority routing.

I agree with paul, i never knew there was a limit to the call forward hops though. and it seems to follow any type of call fwd. the call forward just wont go back to an extension that it has already passed in the call forwarding flow (its not possible to have and endless loop)

if that makes sense!
