Hi,

strange thing is happening to our Nec Aspire: we have MOH on external Static memory but from some days is working only on internal extensions and analogue trunks but not on the Bri/Isdn trunks !
Where could be the matter ?
If someone from the outside call the isdn number, no music is heard when placing on hold.

Another question: why I'm getting "Version not supported" trying to connect to the system with any of the version of Aspire US PcPro (from 2.x to 7.x) ?
Is there a version for european Nec Aspire ?

Thanks a lot,

Tanja

It's probable your analog trunks and/or the digital trucks have been changed to either BGM or MOH. That can also be changed on a per trunk PER DID basis as well.
