Hi all!
Does anybody know how to make different greetings for AA on UM8000 when i have several DID numbers on isdn span and how route calls on no dial to different extentions? I can`t use trunk mapping as call can arrive on any free timeslot.
I have two companies which share one SV8300 and one ISDN blade and both of them want AA feature to be activated.
P.S. UM8000 is new to me but i have experience with IPS and SV8300.

I recommend you call in a UM8000 & SV8300 experienced tech, he or she will be able to setup what you need faster then you going back and fourth here.

is this for all DID's or just a perticular indial or two or three?

At least two, but in future it can be increased to 5 and all of them must have different greetings and different operators. Is it so nontrivial?

Send your DID's to virtual exts. let's say 5100 and 5200.
Call fwd the virtuals to voicemail pilot.
Build tboxes 5100 and 5200, owned by sandy simmons or your system admin person.
record the tbox greetings for 5100 & 5200 and set up your 1 key dialing....
UM8000 is extremely similar to Elitemail LX and AD-64.
