I have a Dtrem VSR 4 port logger connected to 4 12 button NEC UX5000 phones. Calls are recorded without any flaw except I only recieving the first six digits for caller id EI using 555-123-9876 the display only shows 555-123 and nothing else. Anyone ever had this occur if so what was the fix? Thanks help

I am also able to put in the rest of the digits in the field but the next time I call using that number it still only displays the first 6 digits.
