Our company is in Steubenville Ohio. Our main phone is an NEC electra elite DTH-8D-2. We need service on VM with this system. We need a few mailboxes deleted and we need to change the opening message when someone calls the facility. Currently when when we take the phones out of night mode and you call the main number a message comes on saying our hours of operation and press 1 for direction, 2 to ring the facility, 3 to hear this and that. That message needs reprogrammed, all mailboxes need deleted(maybe 5), and 1 new mailbox needs created..
Ive emailed some contacts on the installer link but have not got a response...
