Is it possible to load the previously backed up system and office data to PCPRO without connection to the SV8300 PBX, that is only for displaying the PBX data

This is assuming you have the backup database file, and a copy of PCPRO on the computer. Then, you can simply open PCPRO, and do a "file" and "open" in the program. It will load that database file - and there you go!

I don`t think PCPro for SV8300 has File|Open dialog. Correct me if I wrong.

Pretty sure that PcPro for the 8300 has to be connected to the pbx.

I don't think there is a way to do what you're asking.
