I followed the manual to program the smdr on ip,but the feature still does not work.
any hint on this ???

I'm installing a sv8300 with Dual CPU and unit 2 and today I try out SMDR on IP.You won't get any output with hyperterminal, you must use the SMDR tool to perform the connection and download protocol.I was able to get the raw data using SMDR tool. prg cmd 0401>05:0, 08>827/828
