added 24 B (24 DTR cca) channels to an existing PRI circuit (24 PRTB-A). This route already has one 24DTR assigned as B channel use only. We are adding second DTR for expansionto route. Copied switch settings form existing card for new one. I can access trunks on new card but no dial tone. No in or out. can not find any way to associate those new B channels with the D channel on the PRI. ATRK done for new trunks. Stumped??

You need to program ACSC. Program both the even and odd csc group. This will be service effecting because you will have to momentarily delete the existing information and re-assign to include the new DTR location.
