I Have a ds2000 with regular nec 22 button phones, I added some nitsuko 22 button phones and everything seems to work fine except when a call is placed on hold the different model phones cant answer them. Is there something I need to do on the system or is this a problem that I cant get around?

it wont work you need to add the correct phone for the system needs to be 80570 or 73 and it doesn't matter if it's labeled Nitsuko or NEC
have you ever worked on a key systems before ?
