My wife shares an office with another business and they have a NEC DTerm 80 phone system. 4 lines are my wife's and the other 4 are for the other business. My wife had melody lines (advertisements when on hold) installed for her business. She later found out that the installer put her melody lines on the other businesses lines too. When my swife called installer he said that he did not know how to put the melody lines on just my wifes lines. Can this be done?
