Hi, I'm relatively new at NEC IPK systems. I am trying to forward unanswered SIE calls to an individuals extension voice mail box. I can't get this to work. I have a DID calling SIE 202 then using "speaker 47" (attendant CFWD BNA) I am sending it to ext 121. The phone rings but it never get forwarded to the voice mail box of ext 121. other calls to 121 get forwarded to the voice mail box correctly. I have the forwarding (speaker) 43 for ext121 set to forward to 300 (voice mail hunt group). I don't see why this doesn't work. What I would ideally like is for SIE 200 to go directly to voice mail box for 121 if the SIE is not answered. Thanks in advance

The forwarded call will want to go to the mailbox of the SIE x202. I think you will have to create a transaction box for x202 & make x121 the owner.

Thanks. I'll take a look at that. Unfortunately for me it looks like I'll have to try and connect to the VM
