I need some help in setting up DISA on IPS with VRS Greeting and to allow the outside caller to be able to use PIN Codes to grab a line from IPS and dial out again or dial internal extension

It's not hard to setup. Don't think you can use a greeting though. Call DID assigned to answer as disa, hear tone, enter code, hear another tone, dial out.

Risky as can be but agree with DrPbx. This will make your PABX vulnerable so be sure to make any paswords a complex as possible!
