I have a customer with 2 IPK's, on a K-CCIS network using a ptp T1, and centralized vmail. Been installed for a couple years, but recently they have told me that since install, there have been experiencing delayed message waiting indicators(sometimes for days). I can't find anything special in K-CCIS programming that would cause this, and I've done things like set "Retry" to 2 attempts in vmail EasyMadeApplication screen, also refresh MW's at midnight every night, and setting 3 of the 4 vmail ports to A/D. Anybody ever run into this?

What model voice mail? What is the amount of storage time used? If it's a older system have you done any maintenance such as defrag?

FMS4 Software version = 672q51731 OVER 50 HOURS RECORDING TIME available Have not done any disk maintenance lately, but again the problem is with the message lamps, not getting messages themselves which I don't think would have anything to do with data on the drive; also, it is only the remote location having this trouble.
