Customer has an Aspire and they do not have password..I can get into basic level..But not 90-01..or Voice Mail 40-00 ect...Does anyone know how to retrive or reset password? Or can I do a back-up on PC pro then reintialize system

PCPRO will require the installer password to back up the system. If the passwords are not default (or you don't know them) you will need a certified tech who either has the higher level passwords to get in or a call to tech support.
