Need some help.
I have one CO that will not ring in (appear or ring) in the system if I change MOH to use External - So I am missing something on the MOH programming sequence.
I want to program MOH to use another source beside CO. EXT as they have their own Message on Hold - Maybe I have something messed up in my thinking process?
What do I need to do? I have the IPK Program Manual V2 so even a reference to that would be helpful.
I haven't done NEC in about 12 years But having worked on this one, I can see myself doing it again.

Check MB: 4-01 Day Ring and 4-02 Night ring. For MOH Source, Change MB:1-8-31 to External and use the RCA plug on the side of the KSU.

Thanks again, I did not see 1-8-31.
I found 3-11 and tried changing it from LK1 CO to LK2 Ext Source and that is when I lost CO1. It was set to LK1 as the system had defaulted - this tossed me a curve and still don't know why I lost the CO if I was chaning the MOH source from co to ext. PERHAPS I am confused and I am getting the descriptions mixed up.
BUT your suggestion for 1-8-31 sounds like what I want too. So I will try it tomorrow.
