Anyone seen an issue like this before? SV8100 firmware version 5.01 using 2 remote location IP phones. Ip phones have the latest 4.0 firmware on them. (we have a couple other sites running the same with no problems) Currently I am getting complaints that intermittently the 2 IP phones cannot call the tdm phones but when that happens they are able to call each others IP phones? Anyone run into or seen anything like this???

Make sure your IPLA addresses are unique (84-26). They do the conversion of VOIP back to TDM/Analog. A duplicate address here could cause all sorts of intermittent issues.
Also check UDP ports are forwarded or open on your firewalls 10020, 10021 and 10052, 10053 (for 32IPLA).

If Voip to Voip calls work, but calls to TDM or Analog fail I think something with the IPLA setup or those ports is the culprit.
Good luck!

Hey Doghart, think I found the culprit on this one. It was the traffic on the firewall. The inbound traffic ports were set for out bound on the firewall. Thanks!
