Mobile extensions are available on the UX, unfortunately they only work with SIP trunks or a PRI. I am not sure if this will work as you want it to but you can program a Virtual Extension like (x-601), program 601 to call forward off premise to your cell phone number, and then program your extension to call forward no answer to 601. With this set up your calls will not go to your voicemail on your desk phone for intercom or external calls. I really can't find another way for you to do this with analog lines. Hope this helps.

You can always do off-premise call forward as well and that does work with anything.

Coral - I beleive he has it call fwd off premise now, but was looking for a way to ring his phoen first before forwarding. With Call Forward Off Prem it is an immediate forward. What i was suggesting should allow him to receive calls at his desk before forwarding to his cell phone. The call will then forward to his cell phone on a no answer. I know with the SV8100 you can program the different forwarding types for internal versus external and fwd type.

I just tested Mobile Extension on our in house system and it does indeed work with analog pots lines. It might be a change as this is the latest software just FYI it will work on analog.

Mobile Extension works with Call Forward Both which will make both desk and cell ring at the same time
