Hi all,
Need help testing or setting up hold music for my phone system.
The switch has a card and I found the cable jack.
No device connected... could I use Ipod to test?
Please advise how to go ahead with this project.
Thanks

Depending on the revision of CPU, you'll most likely connect to the 1/8th inch plug on the CPU. The setup MOH for each trunk type in command 480 I believe.

I'm assuming that this is a CP-24A processor. You'll see that silk-screened on the side of the card.
Doghart is correct: CM 480
Ipod works fine. Have someone put you on hold, and then adjust the IPod volume accordingly. I advise using a power adapter so that you're not having to recharge all the time. Also, don't forget to shuffle, repeat.
