I would like to know how to get a ext to ring delayed after the front desk has rang. I have a delayed virtual extension programed but it only lights up delayed no ring. And when I add virtual extension on the button it rings on every call no delay.

Here is the method I use for that:

On the phone you want to delay ring, program a virtual extension button with the virtual extension being the extension number of the front desk phone. I usually use button #48 becuase it does not appear physically on the phone - and you really don't need to use up a real button for this. (Program # 15-07)

Program the button to ring in all desired modes in #15-09.

Program the button for delayed ring in all desired modes in #15-11.

Program the class of service for that phone for automatic off hook answer of call coverage keys in #20-10.

Doesn't the UX5000 have program 22-08 DIL/IRG no answer destination? I'm asking because the SV8100 does and it makes it simple to delay ring to other extensions.

Yes it does have a dil/irg. How would you go about setting that up?
