OP Lee07 Member Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 264 Amman	Hi, We are going to install a new SV8500 constiting of (4)IMGs , TSWR, and servers. We will use 5 (42u racks) to accomodate the PIRs, and the other TSWR & servers we need to lay more than 190 LT cable between the MDF and the PIRs. My question is : what could be the best cable path to use to install the LT cables? Lee

doghart Member Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 1,439 Denver, CO	Should show you in the 8500 Install manual. Typically all your 25pr LT's will run up the rack into ladder rack and over to a 110 block x-connect field. D

doghart Member Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 1,439 Denver, CO	About 3000 stations, probably a couple hundred IP phones, 3 PRI's (resort so guest room phone usage is low), 3 spectralink wireless handset servers, a dozen copper POTS lines or so... I do a lot of resorts, mostly DTERM or IP stations for admin or call center (reservations etc...) then a million analog extensions... D

I would like to know if you have fixed the cables by screws to the metal bar located in the rear side of the PIRs? or you just take them from the sockets to the left and right sides of the PIRs? Lee
