Hello All,

I am new to the NEC DSX system and have a question. Is it possible to have the system ring the primary operator station for, let's say three rings, then ring at another operator station? If it is possible, how does one program it?

Thanks in advance.

There are several ways to do what you are asking depending on the details of where the call should end up. AA? Operator Mbox? Probably the easiest way is just to put a Call Cover Delay key for the operator on the secondary extension.

As a note, you can set that call coverage button as a lamp, delay ring, or immediate ring setting.
