Can any one confirm if the SN716 desk console works in SV8300 pbx???
If yes, what is the pbx software version?

the reason for asking the question above is:
If yo want to use CMD 3002 in PCPRO to set the destination for any trk to attendant console, you have to set it to 14, but 14 is not listed in the optional menu, is this a bug in the PCPRO?? or the desk console can not be used any more in the sv8300....!!!!!

Hello

SN716 can be used in SV8300 from R2 onwards, no doubt Yes it is not showing in PC PRO system data go to command mode and configure.
