I have my system setup with 2 PRI's and 8 sip trunks. I can not for the life of me get my speed dial bins to use the Sip trunks. I have 5 digit dial and can use them if i dial direct using f-routing, but from the speed dial it only goes to the PRI trunks. I have a test line in 000 bin and have made a change in 13-05 to have bin 0000 go to trunk 3 (sip). I have saved it and uploaded it and it still only uses the PRI... does the system need a reset to apply or am I missing something. All the other speed dials work according to ARS. HELP PLEASE

I suspect that you will have to put the SIP trunks into another trunk group and in PRG 13.05 tell the speed dial bin to use that trunk group..

I have the sip lines are all in trunk Group 3 only. the strange thing is that if I dial a local number theu the bins it goes to the local PRi trunk grop 1 and if I dial a LD number it goes to the LD trunks trunk group 2. the Sips are on TG 3 but will not go to it. it seems to bybass teh F-Route tables.
