I have a customer with an IPKII that I just recently put in an InMail. I set up 8 different Routing Master Mailboxes. Just yesterday I tried to add a 9th Routing Master Mailbox and when I typed in the Virtual Ext. in the 9th one it kept on telling me that it was an invalid Ext. I tried using a different Ext. # and it told me the same thing. I took out the 1st one and tried to add it there and it didn't work. I tried readding the ext. I deleted out of the first one back in and it told me that it was an invalid ext. I'm thinking a system restart but there are 911 lines hooked to the system and I would need to have them directed to another town while I take the system down. So I thought I would check here first. I know the ext. # is in the system because I can call fwd it directly to VM and it goes.

I think boxes 001-009 are default as routing boxes, then 010-019 are set as announcement boxes. You would need to change the mailbox type in 47-07.
Elaborate more if I'm on the wrong track....
