I can not get my UM8000 to answer. I have double, triple checked programming but have obviously missed something.
All 16 ports are ring no answer. ACD/UCD programming looks ok. Get same result if I call the pilot or individual stations. Can log in via browser and watch port status and they never go out of an idle state.
Probably something simple that I've overlooked but been staring at this thing too long tonight.

Do you have the buttons programmed on the vm port? Is command 93 set?

Yes. Button one is assigned as My Line for all ports and CM93 is set up too.

Turns out it was a licensing issue.
Had the license loaded (confirmed in CM F88) but did not apply to voicemail (CM EE0)
