Well it figures.
Got a call that the system reset 3 times today.
Wondering if my CPU is going bad or maybe have power issues.
Going to replace the UPS next week and see what happens.

I am having the same issue as you. I sent my logs off to NEC for their engineers to look and see if they can pin point the issue.
