i beleive i have the DID programing corect but the carrier is seeing the call hit my pbx. How-ever the call isn't completed - fast busy?
Here's what i have so far
my incoming number is 212-555-4020 Im recieveing 4 Digits from the carrier..
22-09 : Dial-In Basic Data Setup 4 digits sub-address mode - DID conversion Table
22-11 : Dial-in Conversion Table Data Setup the recieved and target nunmber are both set to 4020
Is there another program that needs to be tweaked.

This is probably way to simple, but did you set the trunk ports to DID in 22-02?

All 23 trunks are set to DID on all three modes.
Anything else?

Are the PRI trunks in trunk group one? If not, have you put the settings in for the proper trunk group in 22-09?

Turned out to have something to do with day and night mode. The system was set to have totally different treatment during night mode.
