Hello,
I have a quick and easy question. I have users complaining that when they have other people on conference calls. The people on the other phone cant always hear them. The other person says it sounds like they are on a cell phone or to far away. Ive switched out phones made sure connections are good but cant seem to find the problem. I`ve tested it and it does sound like there to far from the speaker on the phone. IF they use there headset they are fine.. If they use the speaker to page someone volume is fine but only on outside phone calls does it seem low.. Is there a volume option in settings for this?
