Hi Guy's, Can anyone tell me how to Clear the Alarm List on the 8100 using PCpro?

90-53 data 1 is clear alarm on the phone. Maybe Interactive mode? I'll try tomorrow and see what I come up with.

when you delete alarms in 90-53-01 all alarms are deleted from SV8100. PCpro has a folder that is storing alarms from other systems you have looked at by ip address

To clear pcpro alarm folder just delete: \"your install path"\alarms\ "all the *.mdb's"

DO NOT delete the alarms folder

The alarms database in the \alarms directory is in MS Access format so you will need Access or similar to read these. A HTML version is also dumped into the PCPro\reports directory as well which can be read with a web browser..
They can't be cleared on the switch from PCPro.
