I have a group extension 7000 built. My dial-in conversion table 22-11 points the main number at 7000 on the phones program 15-07 some phones have a function number *03 with action data 7000.

How can I change the phones that ring on inbound calls to 7000?

Ok a few questions as we have a terminology problem. 7000 is a virtual extension? Also have you programmed that button to ring as well as put the *03 + (virtual) number there as well?

It is a virtual extention in program 11-04 virtual extention port 001 is assigned 7000 the same extention that the main number is pointed to.

How do you program the button to ring?

Program 15-09 should do it providing you have the DID programmed properly.

you can test PRG 15-09 by dialing internally to 7000.

Is there another way that this could be setup? I found one button set to ring on the sixth page. but when i set it to not ring the phone still rung. and changing that same setting on another phone didn't make that phone ring. gotta be some sort of work around..

Bunch of different ways, but that is what you said you wanted. I would suggest you call in a certified tech.
