Hi guys up north.
We sell a bucket of SV8100s down here. We sell very few 8300 mainly because the Zeacom works on the 8100. However we seem recently to be selling more 8500 than 8300s . What is the ratio like up there??

We have been selling more 8100 than anything, a few 8300 to the larger customer and a couple of 8500 upgrades. Seems like the large customers that could benefit from the 8500's are holding on to there money still up here.

We have only done 2 new 8500 installs, and only a couple of 8300 installs. We install about 3 or 4 8100's a month. D

The Mitels were nice. We only ever saw the SX10, 20, 50 and SX2000 down here when I was doing them about 15+ years ago. The Supersets were ever so user friendly. Pity NEC hadn't employed a few Mitel engineers to give them some ideas..
