I've been handed maintenance of an old Electra Elite IPK with VM.

There are several 'ring groups' (installer's description) where a caller can press option 1,2,etc and it rings a certain group of extensions simultaneously. Sort of a limited hunt group (which apparently the IPK doesn't have).

Is it possible to add/remove extensions from these ring groups through either the SAT software or the admin phone? Or would I need to acquire a copy of CoSession?

Thanks,
Brian

It's probably ringing a CAR key. Check 4-12 for button programming and 4-37/38 for ringing on line key.

Is that configured through the SAT software?

Thanks,

Either with SAT or through the phone. If you are still not sure, please call a tech familiar with the system locally.
