Apparently it's been several years since any user has made changes to their voicemail and they no longer know which program they use for vmail. Can I see which one they have via PcPro?

How many extensions are you using on the phone system? What are you trying to change?

There is an Ultramail admin program used for programming. If you don't have one, try contacting a vendor for assistance on this.

Look in program 47-01, if the installed system is IntraMail, it will say IntraMail in item one.
The UltraMail is for the DSX system.

DSX uses Intramail. Aspire also uses a Intramail.
