I have a auto attendant setup when incoming calls come in. Options 1 and 2 are pointed to virtual car keys that ring extensions. Not on every incoming call but every now and then, the customer is reporting the phone will ring and she will have to wait for a beep to start before the other party can hear her. Any suggestions on what this might be.

The voicemail box that is doing the transfer to CAR key is set to AWAIT ANSWER type of transfer.
Basically the voicemail port is staying on the line to see if the call is answered before releaseing the caller to the person answering.
Set the mailbox to RELEASE transfer via CO-Sessions.
