Trying to upgrade my bench system to version 3. Have used 4 different CF (2 brand new of different makes) cards but all come up with the same problem. Upgrade seems to go ok but when the phones come up and we try and access any button on the phone there is a 2 to 5 second delay before the key will operate. For instance, press speaker, should get IC dialtone, but there is a 5 second delay before dialtone, dial an extension, get another 5 second delay before it goes. We can downgrade the system back to 2.25 just fine and everything works as should. Tried it with vm in or out doesn't matter. Tried total default, still no go. Tried different levels of 3 as well, all the same. Would hardware versions make a difference? Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried Initialize system? Default is different.
Don't think it is a hardware issue.
I would also try one of the CF cards with Ver. 3 in another system.
