If I remember, the one I installed in Miami, it took me half a day to get it to work properly. I had to delete everything assigned on the port, with nothing plugged in, delete the MAC, reset and plug the DSS back in. Of course this was on version 4.0, then 4.03 the first day it was released.

Sounds like the same procedure for seting up a TDM DSS on the thing??? I never did get to install an IP DSS on the 8100's...my old boss pushed PC Attedant in an IP enviroment with a 12btn set, perhaps.
